Staff links

To create links to the following in your Favorites Bar in Microsoft Edge browser:

• First, if your Favorites Bar toolbar is not displayed, click on '...' at the end of the address tool bar, click Settings, type 'Show favorites bar ' in the Search box, next to Show favorites bar select 'Always'.
• Open the page you want to create a Favorite for. Then click on the star at the end of the address bar, in the Folder box select Favorites Bar, in the name box, type a one or two short word name, then click Done.

• Email outlook.office.com

• PowerDiary

• SharePoint Drives

• SharePoint 'General' Network Drive

• If that doesn't work or you need to open other drives that you have authorisation to access, open the Teams app, click on the Teams in the LHS tool bar, click on Ops to show the list of Drives, click on the Drive you want to access, click files in the toolbar at the top of the main Teams window, either access the Drive there or click 'Open in SharePoint' click files in the toolbar at the top of the main Teams window.
• To access your PsychSessions OneDrive for personal resources, Open the Teams app, in the LHS vertical toolbar click One Drive, then in the pane that opens click 'My Files'

Check default settings. Please use Outlook app for email. To change default app settings, search for Default Apps in the search bar. The default Web Browser can be left as Microsoft Edge as you can sync your browser preferences to this web page with your work email. This makes things easier when moving between computers, as passwords, bookmarks etc will be synced to the new computer once you are signed in. You can only do this in Chrome if you create a Google Account.
